Congrats to Jailene and team at 538, on their Q4 Top Gun Award! They not only had a 5 star QSC score but they had to score over 60% on their Digital and Delivery OSAT Scores and over 75% on Non-Digital OSAT Score for the WRI Quarter. Jailene continues to lead her team to Brand Excellence every day. She runs one of our busiest locations ($2.3M), and does a great job managing her COS, Labor and RCP every period.
